  3. Proof: Provide a photo of the defective or damaged product along with your order number.

Resolution:

  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been opened or consumed.
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging.

General Conditions:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet the above criteria.
