Subject to the following, you are entitled to return any items purchased on the Site and request a refund within 7 days of the date of delivery in accordance with the Pistachio & Sweets Roastery & Cardamom Return Policy, Provided that the product or related merchandise is still unused, in its original packaging, undamaged and bearing all tags.
Furthermore, if the merchandise or products purchased are defective, not as described, if you have not received them, or if you have received the incorrect product, you are entitled to return the product as per the Pistachio Roaster & Sweets return policy within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- For delivered products, we will refund you the full value of the product (excluding the amount paid for shipping fees) and you will not be charged the cost of return if you received the incorrect product or if the products are defective or not as described on our website.
- In all other circumstances, we will refund the item amount (excluding the amount paid for shipping fees) and you must pay the return shipping costs.
- We will refund the amount to the same card you used for the purchase.
- Your refund will begin once we have approved it, and the final refund will be received within thirty (30) days from such approval date.
- You are not entitled to return or exchange products in the following cases:
- Products that are classified as hazardous materials or that use flammable liquids or gases;
- Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition in which you received them;
- any consumer product that has been used or opened;
- Products with damaged or missing serial numbers;
- Products falling under specific categories, including foods, beverages and other products as specified by us in our sole discretion at the time of placing the order; or
- Any other products described as non-returnable or non-refundable in the return policy of Pistachio & Sweets from time to time.
